The Parks

Our Community has two beautiful “open-space” parks located at Crofton Downs Park and Crofton Downs Park 2. The Crofton Downs Stormwater Management Pond is a 2.9 acre open field that is a wonderful spot for activities requiring some real leg room. (Just remember, when it get wet, the normally dry pond does get a bit soggy…)

The Crofton Downs HOA is proud to partner with Sunset Landscaping, LLC in the delivery of well manicured open areas, parks, and signage. They are firefighter owned and operated which means that attention to detail is the forefront of their operation. Check them out online, or see their terrific farmer’s market at Staples Corner!

The Pools

Community Members may use either the Nantucket Pool or the Wellfleet Pool for their summer time relaxation. Clicking the button above gives you all the information you need to get passes and start splashing! There are frequent food trucks that visit and don’t forget, the local food delivery services know where the pools are…

The Trail

Between the pools is a gentle 3/4 mile trail, paved and sun dappled along and between stands of pines, oaks, and other shade tress that really lends itself to a nice walk, any time of day. Whether with a furry friend, someone special, or solo exercise - this walk is everything you need to keep in tip top shape!

The Tennis

Crofton Downs has access to 4 full sized, outdoor paved tennis courts located close to the Nantucket Pool. The courts are on a first come first served basis, so make sure you show up early to, “Get on next!”

Kid Stuff Too!

There’s plenty of green space in the Crofton Downs Community. Check out the Crofton Downs Park on Weymouth Lane, a great small park for a picnic, with bench and pet station on site. There is the Crofton Downs Park 2 between Dartmouth and Westport Lanes that are dotted with mature pines and shade trees and multiple benches and pet stations.

Best of all are the kids park, basketball and volleyball courts and the ball field steps from the Nantucket Pool!
